The breathtaking designs are a front-row seat to a dream world coming to life.

FrankMoth is a team of two artists from Thessaloniki, Greece who are drawn to a unique style of collage art that is inspired by “all things nostalgia.” They joke that their favorite thing to do “is watch old sitcoms like M*A*S*H or Taxi” and create art that is motivated by “the simpler past.” They enjoy browsing through vintage books and magazines and then they use what they find to integrate with “our experiences in life in combination with our aesthetics.”

The FrankMoth duo consider creativity to be “an integral part of our life, like breathing and walking.” They believe that everyone has a creative spark in them and it simply needs to be nurtured. In fact, they consider that “repetitiveness and habit are two quite dangerous things” and that artists must remember to take time away to keep the creative spark alive. They insist that “patience is a true virtue. We live in an era where we want everything to happen fast: success, results, money, you name it. It’s better to be patient until you find your way with your art.” They think creativity is something to be cultivated and developed in its own time.

One of their greatest joys as an artist team is when someone makes a connection with a design that they put their heart and soul into creating. There is nothing more exciting than sharing a moment with someone – even across countless miles and oceans – through art. They admit that they “feel so overwhelmed, in awe, absolutely grateful” for this opportunity to unite with people through artwork.
